Le Vieux Presbytère Museum, located at 205 Rue Iry Lejeune in Church Point, invites the public to view its latest exhibit “From Acadie to Acadia Parish,” which displays memorabilia from and tells the story of our ancestors’ establishment in the New World, deportation from Acadie, and their eventual arrival in our parish. The exhibit also describes our culture here and details our reunions with relatives in Acadie. The exhibit continues through October 18. Le Vieux Presbytère is open to the public Monday through Friday from 11am until 4pm, Saturdays from 11am until 2pm, and at other times by appointment.
